WHAT IS THE RETURN TIME?

If you are not satisfied with part or all of your purchase, you are entitled to return the product(s) within fourteen (14) days of delivery. If we receive the returned products after 14 days of claiming, we cannot accept this as a return.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?

All returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the product. It is allowed to open the package, check the contents, and fit the shoes. Just act like you are in a real store!

If you want to return a product, you can fill out the return form that was sent with your order and add it to your package. 

INTERNATIONAL

  • Products with all the labels attached.
  • Original packaging. (shoes double boxed)
  • Completely unused. (fitting is not using)

 

 
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return has been approved (the product (s) have to be in perfect condition and all labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. If there is a delay, please keep in mind that we will refund within 14 days of receiving the return. Remember that payments always depend on your bank/building society.

 

WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?

The costs of returning the package is the customer's responsibility. Did you received a damaged product, please contact our customer service.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

It's not possible to exchange a product directly. If you wish to exchange a product, you need to follow the same procedure as the returning procedure. After that, you can order the size/color you need!
